Best realtor hands down!!!

Working with Montessa on the purchase of my first home was amazing. She kept me informed along the way, always answered my questions and if she didn’t know she found out immediately. She kept me motivated throughout the whole home buying process, even when I’m sure I drove her crazy at times. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!!!

Seller of 3815 Bowen Street, Elfers

Michele was excellent! If you had six stars I would give her all six.

Michele was wonderful! She was very patient and went over comparables and other issues related to the current market. I had several delays in putting house on market due to my health issues- this was no problem as she was very understanding. She kept me in the loop on showings and took care of any issues that came up with the house as I was out of state. She also reviewed all the final paperwork and had the title company correct several errors. She's the best!

Seller of 5720 Mockingbird Drive, Elfers

Home sale in Florida

Nancy was very helpful to me. My house was in Florida and I lived in North Carolina. It was very important to me that she stayed on of everything and kept me informed of everything going on.

Nancy is very easy to work with

Nancy is very easy to work with. She's not overbearing with sales pressure which is a turnoff for me and was a reason I stopped using my prior agents. She communicates very efficiently and is proactive in getting the information that I requested. We took more than 6 months to finally find a property that fit my criteria and she was extremely patient with me the entire process. Nancy was also very accommodating with my schedule. I will definitely use Nancy again.
