Thomas was fantastic to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he fought to make sure we got everything we wanted throughout the process. He also made sure we understood what to look for in a home, what could become a problem, and what to stay away from. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would absolutely recommend Thomas to anyone buying or selling a home.

You can not go wrong if you choose to use Kevin and Ivey Asenjo. I can not stress enough how wonderful they are and how thankful I am that they became my realtors. I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs! So, true story lol I had a realtor that, let's just say, was not a good experience. I could not wait for the contract to expire. Once it did, I started receiving phone calls. Well, one of those calls was from Kevin Asenjo. I am pretty sure I talked to him more that day, than I had the entire time with my previous realtor. He and his wife Ivey, really are a dynamic duo! From the moment the Asenjo's became my realtors, they were on top of everything and did an incredible job. There was constant communication (which was sorely lacking previously), they knew people to call for some things that needed fixing, I was updated any time there was a showing and the results, and they treated me and my property as if it were a ten million dollar sell. They gave me the attention, time, and work to sell my home in less than two months and I can not tell you how appreciative and thankful I am for the two of them! If you need a realtor, please give them a call because you will not be disappointed!

Kevin was really informative and very knowledgeable. He has heart of a teacher ready to teach you something if you didn’t know or understand. Very prompt and on time when it came to getting everything done. I definitely recommend Kevin Starter.

It has been a year since I worked with Marisol and I haven’t forgotten how wonderful and helpful she was. I lived in another state and sold a property in Florida and she made this transaction very easy and without being stressful for me. She answered all my questions promptly and coordinated with the closing agency in my absence. It puts your mind at ease when you know you have someone that is efficient, reliable, and professional to assist you when it’s needed. I would highly recommend Marisol at anytime for her professional and caring attitude for her clients. There aren’t enough words to express my thanks to her for helping me to sell my property.
