I don't have a lot of home buying experience since this was my first time, but Tom made the experience go smoothly. His experience as a agent goes beyond just simply facilitating communication between buyer and seller, he can notice problems or issues with houses and voice his concern to you based on past experiences. His experience in the home buying sector also has given him great contacts for people in the trades that could fix problems on houses, and that came in handy for the house that I purchased. All in all, I would have Tom as my agent again if I were to do this process again (maybe in the future).

I have nothing but great things to say about Tom and his associate Gabriel! They always were fast, efficient, and prompt in answering my questions. They did their best in marketing my house. Tom gave me great suggestions on small repairs that I had done to make it presentable to the buyer.

I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs! So, true story lol I had a realtor that, let's just say, was not a good experience. I could not wait for the contract to expire. Once it did, I started receiving phone calls. Well, one of those calls was from Kevin Asenjo. I am pretty sure I talked to him more that day, than I had the entire time with my previous realtor. He and his wife Ivey, really are a dynamic duo! From the moment the Asenjo's became my realtors, they were on top of everything and did an incredible job. There was constant communication (which was sorely lacking previously), they knew people to call for some things that needed fixing, I was updated any time there was a showing and the results, and they treated me and my property as if it were a ten million dollar sell. They gave me the attention, time, and work to sell my home in less than two months and I can not tell you how appreciative and thankful I am for the two of them! If you need a realtor, please give them a call because you will not be disappointed!
