You can not go wrong if you choose to use Kevin and Ivey Asenjo. I can not stress enough how wonderful they are and how thankful I am that they became my realtors. I highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs! So, true story lol I had a realtor that, let's just say, was not a good experience. I could not wait for the contract to expire. Once it did, I started receiving phone calls. Well, one of those calls was from Kevin Asenjo. I am pretty sure I talked to him more that day, than I had the entire time with my previous realtor. He and his wife Ivey, really are a dynamic duo! From the moment the Asenjo's became my realtors, they were on top of everything and did an incredible job. There was constant communication (which was sorely lacking previously), they knew people to call for some things that needed fixing, I was updated any time there was a showing and the results, and they treated me and my property as if it were a ten million dollar sell. They gave me the attention, time, and work to sell my home in less than two months and I can not tell you how appreciative and thankful I am for the two of them! If you need a realtor, please give them a call because you will not be disappointed!
