I recently had to sell my sister's house in Longwood, Florida, in a probate sale. Since I live in Missouri, I was lost as who to hire to represent the estate. Kevin called me, as many other realtors did, to discuss listing the property. He was so professional that I listed with him right then and there--on the phone without actually meeting him in person. He was great! He referred me to many vendors to get the house in order to sell as it was a mess. I don't know what I would have done without him and his wife Ivey. I went there for 8 days and all the work needed was done in those 8 days! It went on the market and we had multiple offers within 2 days. It sold and closed escrow within 2 weeks, all cash! I sincerely recommend Kevin to all those needing a top real estate agent!

Kevin and Ivey were able to provide information and context which helped us to make a more informed decision on a home. 2. Effective and active Communication between with us, lenders, selling agents, title company, and contractors to help smoothen out a lengthy closing process that included some large repairs. 3. Skilled negotiating, which earned us a couple expensive seller-paid repairs (worth about $30k) with no additional price increase. 4. Availability between the two of them they are always available through phone and almost always available on short notice for showings, etc. and in this market you must move quickly. Overall, I would recommend using Kevin and Ivey to anyone interested in buying a home in Central Florida for the reasons stated above.
