I recently had to sell my sister's house in Longwood, Florida, in a probate sale. Since I live in Missouri, I was lost as who to hire to represent the estate. He was great! He referred me to many vendors to get the house in order to sell as it was a mess. I don't know what I would have done without him and his wife Ivey. I went there for 8 days and all the work needed was done in those 8 days! It went on the market and we had multiple offers within 2 days. It sold and closed escrow within 2 weeks, all cash! My family has worked with Kevin (and his wife Ivey) many times over the years. There are many things that can go wrong in the home buying process. They have always done an excellent job and made the process feel as smooth and painless as possible.

Reach out to Ivey and Kevin if you want a reliable partner when you buy/sell a house. I have worked with them at both ends of the transaction: Worked with Kevin in 2019 to buy and in 2025 with Ivey and Kevin to sell the same house in Orlando (while buying a place in a different state). They both were on top of every detail. More importantly they don't reach out to you till they have a solution to any issues that may arise - you need this admirable quality in a realtor rather than constantly pinging you.
