Buying our first home felt like a big step, and honestly we were not sure what to expect, but working with Michael Valencia made the entire process feel much more manageable. My wife and I started out with very little knowledge. The only thing we knew for sure was that we wanted to use a VA loan. We had a lot of questions about how the zero money down worked and what escrow actually meant. Michael was always patient with us and never made us feel like any question was too small. He explained everything in a clear and simple way, and it was obvious he has a lot of experience working with VA loans. We ended up putting offers in on a few different homes. The first two did not go through, which was disappointing at the time, but it worked out for the best. The home we ended up getting is exactly what we were hoping for. Michael helped us secure a great deal, and it really checked all of our boxes. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a two car garage, and a pool, all in a sought after area where homes are hard to come by. Throughout the process, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel a lot smoother.
