We owned a home in Clearwater that we decided to sell. We have done business with Edit in the past and it was natural that we also entrust her with this sale! As we were not present in the USA, she handled preparing the home for sale by herself. Within 3 days of formal listing, she sold it at full asking price. She expertly organized the mail away closing, and the proceeds were disbursed upon closing. We were kept updated during the process and all our questions were answered. We wholeheartedly recommend Edit to anyone who is looking for a reliable, conscientious, skillful, professional, and experienced realtor. It was a very pleasant experience working with Edit!

We came from NJ to look for a townhouse in Florida. Meeting Jowita was the best experience ever! She was highly responsive and helped us find a great home in our budget. She went above and beyond her realtor duties to help us. Since we are out of state, we worried about communication with an agent, but Jowita maintained great communication. She did a great job arranging all the paperwork and the inspection. I’m also impressed with how smoothly the closing process went. We couldn’t have had a better experience with an agent. We definitely recommend her!! She’s an amazing agent and incredibly kind person.
