I have been personal friends with Liz and her family for about 5 years, so I already knew that she was a wonderful person who is also smart as a whip and honest as the day is long before my wife decided to have her help us sell our house. She was very thorough and patient in spite of the adversities. The second offer was a cash offer of $5,000.00 over asking price who also at the last minute after arranging twice for an inspection which they didn't keep causing a delay in closing. Once again I had to accept a third offer for a $100.00 over the asking price to avoid the which was vacant for six months. Being that it is a buyer's market and Kim could have made a larger commission she never tried to encourage me to keep the house on the market trying to get a better price. I respect her honesty and professionalism in her trade. She has sold me houses in the past and has always maintained the same character even if it might cause her o loose the sale.
