I have been personal friends with Liz and her family for about 5 years, so I already knew that she was a wonderful person who is also smart as a whip and honest as the day is long before my wife decided to have her help us sell our house. Beyond what you would expect from a great real estate agent, she also has extensive knowledge about mortgages and lending, which proved to be equally helpful to us in deciding which offer to accept. The market is crazy right now. That's when a lot of sketchy people get involved in what is often a sketchy business. Liz is someone you can genuinely trust and who makes sure all the i's are dotted and all t's are crossed and who won't blow smoke up your rear end.

Kim was extremely conscience in representing my best interest especially when the first offer came in $30,000.00 over the asking price. She work around the clock contacting me and the buyer's agent. Numerous times the buyer made her offer to out weigh others but each time important information was left out of the proposal causing a reduction and errors which detected an finally the buyer only wanted to pay the asking price causing unnecessary stress on our behalf as well Kim having to do work which the buyer's agent should have done. She was very thorough and patient in spite of the adversities. The second offer was a cash offer of $5,000.00 over asking price who also at the last minute after arranging twice for an inspection which they didn't keep causing a delay in closing. Once again I had to accept a third offer for a $100.00 over the asking price to avoid the which was vacant for six months. Being that it is a buyer's market and Kim could have made a larger commission she never tried to encourage me to keep the house on the market trying to get a better price. I respect her honesty and professionalism in her trade. She has sold me houses in the past and has always maintained the same character even if it might cause her o loose the sale.
