Kim was extremely conscience in representing my best interest especially when the first offer came in $30,000.00 over the asking price. She work around the clock contacting me and the buyer's agent. Numerous times the buyer made her offer to out weigh others but each time important information was left out of the proposal causing a reduction and errors which detected an finally the buyer only wanted to pay the asking price causing unnecessary stress on our behalf as well Kim having to do work which the buyer's agent should have done.
