I need mountains, trees, and seasons and had a great need to be in the PNW. I bought while visiting WA and then called Susan to put my place on the market. A quick sell with a lower price was more important. And then Ian was heading to the Sarasota and Tampa area. We closed on 9/27. Susan knows her stuff.
