From the first time I met April,I knew she was very knowledgeable and would do a great job. She kept me apprised of any developments and kept me calm through this process. She even went above and beyond to take care of a permit issue I had. I would highly recommend her.

Moving to Florida was our dream and April Green made the dream a reality. From the beginning, April made us feel more like family than clients. Her knowledge, guidance, and watchfulness every step of the way made us feel safe and cared for. She listened carefully to what we wanted and guided us through the process to find our dream home. April assisted us as well by introducing us to the right people who helped us with the financing of our home. April was also an extremely effective advocate from the offer to closing, making certain that never once would we be taken advantage of in any way. April is knowledgeable of how to navigate Florida real state, and explained clearly the process that we would need to complete to purchase our home. If you are looking for an agent that is both knowledgeable but will also put you at ease, April is the best choice, and we highly recommend her. Proud Florida home owners Melissa Chesney and Jenny Giblet.

We have used April a couple of times and she is excellent at understanding the market and what you are looking for. She also is very thorough in her follow up and answering all your questions. We love April and have recommended her to our friends.
