He was on top of the little details for the home inspection and the closing. Being out of town, it was reassuring that Phil was there. The closing went off without a hitch. By the way, we closed the day after Hurricane Helene. Phil went out after the hurricane to make sure the house was without damage. He then met our son a few days later to hand over the keys. Most importantly, Phil is a nice person, an honest man, and has become a good friend. You won't go wrong with Phil.
