Paula is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is very professional. My wife and I were looking for our first house, and she helped us find our dream starter home and a perfect location in the Tampa metro area. Since it was our first time moving into a house, we didnt know too much and definitely needed help. Paula took care of us the entire way and facilitated the whole move. In fact, she did pretty much all of the paper work, setting up inspections, contacting insurance, our lender, etc., and she made the whole process very smooth and not stressful. She was easy to work with and she gave us great advice as well. Moreover, Paula also truly cares about her clients and helped us out and was still there for us after the move. She really went above and beyond and I dont think we would have been able to make the move without her. Dawn Fernandes’ dedication and commitment to her clients are second to none! Dawn has been a friend of mine for over 20 years. Over the years I would continually see Dawn’s hard work and commitment to her job and her clients. There was no doubt to me that she would be the perfect real estate agent to sell my parent’s home. This was a home my parents loved dearly. They had the house custom built almost 30 years ago and they kept it in great condition over the years. This home was most of their Florida life and there are lots of fond memories there. Dawn knew this would be very emotional for my parents. She visited often and guided them every step of the way. This transition was very difficult and emotional for my parents. Dawn was continually there for them, not just as a real estate agent, but as someone my parents now consider a friend as well. Everything with the sale of the house went exactly how Dawn predicted. From the sale price, to the time on market, the contracting, etc. I knew I was sending my parents the best, however the best doesn’t begin to describe the amazing job by Dawn from start to finish!

Debra helped smooth out the first time home buying process. When we found a home that I liked, she helped with the initial negotiation and when a snag came up, she quickly helped resolve the issue. She was responsive and even followed up just after the closing to make sure everything went okay. I'm glad I worked with her!
