Ben is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and what to look for when showing a condo. He was quick to get the needed paperwork to me and back to the seller. He was excellent in communicating with me, the seller's agent and my bank to get the job done. I love my condo and highly recommend Ben!

So, selling the condo was a little slow. Now not because Kathryn wasn't trying, she was working hard on the listing, she put it on face book, which got hundreds of views, it just was a little slow on viewings. I wasn't worried I knew the right person would come along. So to help make it more attractive, Kathryn cut her percentage to see if that would help. So, now one day into my vacation, I get a call from Kathryn telling me that we had an offer and that if I was ready to sell, I needed to sign the contract, good thing my daughter had her lap top to seal the deal. So, first off my thanks to Kathryn for working so very hard to make the sale happen and for doing what ever it takes to get your property sold. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy. I really appreciate all your hard work, knowledge of contracts, the money aspect and dedication to your helping me in so many ways. I look forward to our next big adventure. Happy Selling! always Terry
