I was referred to Michael by a friend. I was planning a move from out of state to a permanent residence in Bradenton/Sarasota. I made 2 trips to the area and was looking for a new job as well. I met Michael during my weeklong visit, though we had already been communicating via email and he was very conscientious about my budget needs and my "wish list". I was sent listings by him regularly and I even asked him about some I was seeing too. He was extremely patient and very honest with me about parts of town and making me think about the "long term" of my new home. My time frame was limited, and I needed/wanted to make a fast decision. He spent 2 days showing me homes and when I found my "happy place" he immediately contacted the selling agent and got the ball rolling. I had to finalize everything via long distance and Michael went out of his way to arrange inspections and communications with the selling agent. I always tell people I had the best realtor ever! I have even recommended him to a friend of mine looking to relocate to this area. I am SO Happy on my new home! Thank you to Michael!
