Megan was always positive towards the changes from the seller and the positive outcome of the transaction. Seller had things to handle before been able to sell the house , price changes and a disgruntled buyer had personal issues with an abusing bank representatives. Not only she stood by our side but she provided the guidance and back up needed for me to continue to pursue this project. We went thru a 7 month span and we finally did it.
