Five-star service. Not 4. Not 4.5. Not even 4.99 just to hedge a little. It was a clear five-star service experience from the word “go” with Logan Akins. Note: This was a 100% remote experience in every way. I live in Indiana, I had a home to sell in Sebring, FL and I wanted to be able to do it without having to travel back and forth. Mission accomplished. Without ever having met Logan Akins in person or having anyone else refer him to me, on our first phone call he agreed to go take a look at my property to get a feel for the situation and without going into too much detail, he found a potentially serious situation when he toured the property for the first time – and he offered to make arrangements for it to be taken care of for me. What a great first impression it was to meet a guy who hasn’t even yet been hired to freely offer his time and effort to solve a problem that wasn’t his to fix – and then to keep his word and follow through on the offer without any conversation about compensation or anything in advance. In a world full of quid pro quo, Logan skipped the part about putting a condition on his actions. He just offered to help me out and he took care of it. That was extremely impressive. Fast forward to the end of the story. There were showings, there were offers, and there were negotiations back and forth. Logan did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress we were making towards a solid sale. My home has now been sold, the price was a very competitive price compared to the listing price, and I am as pleased as I can be with the service and the results that Logan Akins provided at every stage of the real estate transaction. I’m not a guy who is always super easy to please. But in this case, Logan Akins did everything necessary to earn a full five-star review from me.
