Irina really listened and worked with me to tailor the properties to best fit my my needs; always mindful not to push anything on me outside of my affordability. COVID hit and it was a nightmare. We lost count of all the bid wars, or properties that were quickly off market due to the influx of newcomers to the state. It was exhausting, so I took a break.
