He is very knowledgeable of ou area, and has a good grasp of the price the house is worth on the market, He was super helpful in having items fixed via his connections with varios trade people. I had moved out of state, so was very dependent on Mike to not only find the appropriate people to fix whatever needed to be corrected, but to arrange for meetings to be present when a tradesman showed up to do the work. Mike also is exceedinglh easy to deal with and kept in touch with me any time an issue came up.
