Practical, reasonable, and best of all, knowledgeable; Mike's critical eye saved us from a few disastrous homes that looked good at a glance. A good communicator, he kept in touch and got us answers to questions quickly; sometimes even during the same house visit. He doesn't wait to make a move when he sees an opening and manages all of that without pressuring or pushing you as the buyer to make any kind of decision other than your own. He was incredibly professional at all times but was also a force to be reckoned with when others weren't maintaining agreed upon deadlines. Definitely had the best interest of the buyers at the forefront of his actions.
