Mike is an extremely knowledgeable realtor with a great deal of experience. Throughout the purchasing process, he communicated clearly and professionally with all parties involved, he was easy to reach with questions or concerns, and he kept me informed and updated. He negotiated a very complicated deal with patience and expertise. He went above and beyond what I would consider a realtor's job - sending reminders for tasks I needed to complete; researching HOA doc's, inspections, and other important details; visiting the property several times; and finding professionals from other fields to assist when needed. On top of all that, Mike is a great guy, good-natured and positive. It was a pleasure to work with him. Through his efforts, I felt confident the purchase was the right one for me. Practical, reasonable, and best of all, knowledgeable; Mike's critical eye saved us from a few disastrous homes that looked good at a glance. A good communicator, he kept in touch and got us answers to questions quickly; sometimes even during the same house visit. He doesn't wait to make a move when he sees an opening and manages all of that without pressuring or pushing you as the buyer to make any kind of decision other than your own. He was incredibly professional at all times but was also a force to be reckoned with when others weren't maintaining agreed upon deadlines. Definitely had the best interest of the buyers at the forefront of his actions.
From what I can ascertain, Mike has the best reputatiionk for honesty and attention to the details involved in gettting a home presentalbe for potential buyers. He is very knowledgeable of ou area, and has a good grasp of the price the house is worth on the market, He was super helpful in having items fixed via his connections with varios trade people. I had moved out of state, so was very dependent on Mike to not only find the appropriate people to fix whatever needed to be corrected, but to arrange for meetings to be present when a tradesman showed up to do the work. Mike also is exceedinglh easy to deal with and kept in touch with me any time an issue came up. He is one dependable and conscintious individual who I would not hestiate to recommend if they need a real estate agent. It was a real pleasure dealing with Mike.
