We have used Mike to sell 2 different homes and to buy one. His process is very straightforward and professional both homes we got more than we originally thought our home was worth with our last selling for a significant amount more than we had inn our heads at the start of the process, good thing we had someone with local knowledge and experience to guide us or we would have left thousands on the table.
