A Realtor by definition is a person who acts as an agent for the sale and purchase of buildings and land. Chris Galvis takes this to a new extreme incorporating something called family. Our family had another realtor and we weren’t even looking for a home. Through the right channels placed by none other than God Himself, Chris entered into our lives! Starting with simple updates of houses within our search that we didn’t even ask for but his searches were better matched than those of our current realtor at the time. When we showed interest in the San Antonio area he entered into the process with us. When the house we wanted, immediately gave us a time crunch he took down every question I had (I had a lot..) and found every answer even with open honesty admitting when he wasn’t sure of something he followed through in finding the answers. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at no point stressed by any means and I have to say this walk was so smooth till the day of signing, even easier than booking the moving truck!
