In my experience with Tania Crandall, I have to say that she was the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. I have owned five homes in my life but for the last two homes I used Tania Crandall as my realtor and she made the entire process of buying a home stress free. In all these categories I give Tania Crandall five out of five stars... - Local knowledge: 5? - Process expertise: 5? - Responsiveness: 5? - Negotiation skills 5? What's even more impressive with Tania is the fact that I can still reach out to her with questions about my home after we already closed and moved in months ago.

Jane is a gifted, aggressive realtor. Most of the time that is good. Other times it just comes a bit pushy and obnoxious. If you get your feelings hurt by that then maybe steer clear. Otherwise, she is extremely competent and capable of acquiring the sale.
