Tania Crandall was wonderful to work with. Professional, knowledgable, and generous when answering our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed by her. It was clear that she wanted us to take as much time as we needed to make the best decision for us. She knew a lot about not only the Orlando market, but also about renovation and home ownership in general. Even after we purchased our house, Tania has stayed in touch to help with paperwork and is always there when we need a recommendation for a reliable repair person. I can't recommend her highly enough.

In my experience with Tania Crandall, I have to say that she was the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. I have owned five homes in my life but for the last two homes I used Tania Crandall as my realtor and she made the entire process of buying a home stress free. Jeff was extremely helpful with my husband and I on buying our first house. Buying a house is very stressful and he made it easy! I would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy or sell their home! He was great with the whole process from start to finish and kept in contact with my husband daily. Also he was extremely helpful with telling us things to help as first time homebuyers!

I highly recommend Jeff, He goes above and beyond for his clients and makes himself available for any questions...He and his wife are a super team. I'm sure I drove them crazy, Jeff always took my calls or got right back to me with kindness and answers to all my questions and help with arrangements for things like home warranty, reliable area services and deadline itinerary to help keep me on track. They really work hard to make your dreams happen... We Did it. Thank you, Dorien I like that Jeff treats his clients as if they were all spending a million bucks. We all matter to him.
