It was clear that she wanted us to take as much time as we needed to make the best decision for us. She knew a lot about not only the Orlando market, but also about renovation and home ownership in general. Even after we purchased our house, Tania has stayed in touch to help with paperwork and is always there when we need a recommendation for a reliable repair person.
