Finding a new home is not an easy process especially when relocating from the west coast to the east coast. Trevin is amazing, I am so grateful to have worked with him. Our journey started as we connected while I still lived in Arizona. He helped me neighborhood shop which meant touring an endless amount of houses. His patience, knowledge of the area and directness is exactly what led us to my dream house. Once he felt like he really knew me, he built a tour with 3 amazing options and I ended up choosing one that spoke to so many things I kept saying throughout the journey. I really found the perfect house and it was thanks to him! He answered so many questions. He showed me some great places to eat. He made himself avaliable as much as possible. Anita was referred to me by a realtor friend I knew locally. Anita was very responsive throughout the whole purchasing process and after the fact. She was often sending new listings and I have worked with other realtors that wouldn't send properties and I expected the client to search for properties themselves. She found us a great insurance quote and made excellent referrals for inspectors and title company. Would definitely work with again.

This was a difficult transaction. Many moving parts. Not a sellers market, buyers not buying, a lot of inventory , difficult price point, Short timeline. Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.
