CRISTALDI REALTY LLC

From the first meeting to the closing their expertise and advise gave us every confidence to trust their professionalism. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. They were instrumental in clearing our house when we were unable to be present because of illness. There would have been no one else we would have wanted to go through this process with. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Words cannot express our gratitude for the care and consideration they showed us.

We recently bought our new home, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our agent, Terri Cristaldi. From our very first conversation to the day we got our keys, Terri was an absolute powerhouse and a true joy to work with. What stood out most was her incredible responsiveness. In a fast-moving market, she was outstanding at returning calls and text messages immediately—we never had to wait or wonder what the next step was. Terri’s knowledge of the real estate industry and the local market is top-tier, but what really blew us away was her massive network and proactivity. The moment we needed something, she was incredibly prompt in getting us high-quality leads for everything imaginable—from mortgage lenders to thorough home inspectors, all the way to reliable local contractors. It felt like she had a trusted team ready to back us up at a moment's notice. She also completely took the headache out of the paperwork. Terri guided us through every single document, making sure we understood what we were signing and ensuring everything went through without a hitch. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is profoundly knowledgeable, ultra-responsive, deeply connected, and genuinely invested in your success, look no further than Terri. She went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you so much, Terri

I have worked with Terri over the past two years in both buying and selling a house and besides being a really great realtor, she and her husband/partner, Steve, are just really nice people. I live in NH and our house was in FL and we knew if we ever needed something done that could not be handled from a long distance, we could rely on them to take care of it. Work with Terri and Steve one time and I promise you will not only be happy with their efforts, you will have new friends as well!
