Jena hosted multiple open houses the first weekend the home was listed. We were fortunate to entertain eight offers within a week of listing. She walked us through the pros and cons of each offer and conducted extensive research on each of the buyers and their financing strategy. This allowed us to select the offer with the best chance of a timely and successful closing. We were under contract soon after. Jena then coordinated all of the post-contract activities. She personally attended the house inspection, and follow-up visits by the buyer.
