This woman is a Godsend. She is the most resourceful, strategic and mindful sales agent I have ever known- and that says alot because I know a ton. She is compassionate and caring but also very market savvy and excellent at closing the deal. She’s extremely connected and knows exactly what she’s doing. I could not have prayed for a better agent to sell my home.

Paul has sold several of my properties and so I know how thorough he is and explains things in a simple manner. He had to do more work than should have on my last house due to buyers agent not doing their due diligence so he really gets an excellent rating in my book!

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. We first came across Tom and Shirley via their YouTube channel, which cast them as the go-to agents for Clermont and surrounding areas. As buyers from outside Central Florida, we were looking for someone to help us find a niche home: a property in the Orlando area where we could store our RV motorhome.
