We have had the privilege to work with Selma on the sale of three of our properties. Our experience started when she came in to save us on a flip after moving on from our current realtor. Selma actively searched for interested buyers literally pulling people through our property. She was able to get more eyes on the property in two weeks then we had the first two and a half months with another realtor. In the end, she found a buyer that was willing to pay full asking.
