I really can't say enough about Keri. Her knowledge and professionalism is truly amazing. She was so helpful in selling my home I lived in for 20 years. Communication is also key when looking for a realtor. She is the BEST of the BEST of the BEST!!!! She is always available to answer questions and make suggestions. She is dedicated to her career for sure which is why she does such a remarkable job. But most of all is her expertise of the housing market. She simply just knows things that you wouldn't think of. Linda is a Wonderful professional and a Great person! She's very knowledgeable in her market and was very helpful with tips about local "ins and outs". She worked with us every step of the way, often in the evening and on weekends/holidays. She even drove us to see some properties when we didn't have a car available. She's very meticulous and makes sure that every little detail is taken care of. She dug up an "irregularity" about one property and warned us of potentially very serious problem. Linda even took it upon herself to unravel a particularly pesky paper problem with the city that wasn't even her responsibility, which sped up closing by several weeks! Linda was always prompt with all communications. And since we were buying from "out of state" she was our representative on the ground until closing. In the end she helped us purchase the apartment that was right for us, and for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Linda to all my friends.
