I was so happy to be able to find a real estate agent like Alven, he helped us from the first time I contacted him to the end of closing! He was always on top of responding to us even late at night. His knowledge of real estate really helped us so much on deciding on what to offer. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable is how I describe him! 10/5*****

Kevin Sylvester and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We decided to make a move because we wanted a smooth, well-managed selling process, and Kevin exceeded our expectations at every step. We were looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and truly had our best interests in mind. From our first conversation, it was clear that Kevin was all of that and more. His professionalism, market expertise, and clear communication immediately set him apart. What we valued most was Kevin’s dedication and attention to detail. He kept us informed, handled every challenge with confidence, and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and well-organized. We always felt supported and confident knowing he was advocating for us. If you’re considering buying or selling a home, my advice is simple: work with Kevin Sylvester.
