Ahead of listing, they helped to clean out the house, met with contractors and tradespeople to get quotes and complete work, even communicated with and met people who were buying and picking up items we had for sale. Finally, Jim met and helped a guy move items of my mom's into a nearby storage unit. There is no way I could've done all of this without their help. Jim & Eileen went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale of my mom's home. On top of being kind, communicative, extremely knowledgeable and hard-working, they are also just great people.
