Professional, hardworking, tireless is how I describe Kristi!! She is also just an all-around good human and now my friend. Finding a house in this market, in my price range with my specifications was not easy or fast. I am from out of state, in another time zone, and she always made me feel like I was her only client. Amazing!! She would check out every home I pointed to and provide feedback and honest opinion. She would face time me the walk throughs, calling out everything from shiplap to vinyl plank flooring to old electrical. She knows her stuff! She is also strategic! In an extremely hot market where there are thousands of buyers and very few sellers, to have an offer accepted (or win the bidding war) you need something extra to get the deal, she understands value and knows NOT to over bid if the value isn’t there but may offer alternatives to stand out. Helane was amazing from beginning to the end and now… She went above and beyond for me and that’s to say the least. She made this experience for me so pleasant and I didn’t have to worry about a thing ! She took care of everything. I felt as I have known her for years. She’s very knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares about what she does, on point with everything she doesn’t skip a beat.
