Susan is everything I could have asked for in a realtor. Communication was fantastic. She talked me through each step so I felt confident I understood all that was going on with no surprises. She was both buyer/seller representation for my new home and seller representation for my old home. Despite my reservations of representing both parties, it was clear Susan is a professional and I had no issues. When it came to listing my home, she came in prepared but was also accepting of our inputs. We also had multiple offers come in on our sale and she was quick to negotiate both while communicating our needs. All of her recommendations were spot on.
