Susan helped the reviewer sell this property

Susan is the Realtor for you!

Susan has sold many houses at varying price points, and she recently sold several in our near neighborhood. We were moving and she suggested that we move our things out and touch up the paint, after which she took many pictures, and some were shown staged with furniture. She gave us excellent references for clean-up, fix-up. paint-up help, and also helped sell some items that we could not take with us! She priced our home competitively and it was under contract within a week, and the deal closed three weeks later without a hitch! Knowledgeable, ethical, and hard working - Susan is the Realtor for you!
