William actually was someone I stumbled upon by chance, however I immediately knew he'd be my best bet in navigating this crazy SFL real estate market. In a world where virtually every house is either overpriced, in disrepair, and/or already under contract, William's diligence proved to be the x factor. We looked at so many houses. He never got impatient and always made himself available. Felt more like a family member helping me than a real estate agent. Then just when it felt like we'd never find a house, he sent me a list a 3 newly listed houses. As soon as we pulled up in the driveway of the last house on the list, we all got that good feeling. The house was gorgeous, in great shape, reasonably priced, and (against all odds) not under contract yet. We did our walkthrough, all agreed we loved it, then put in an offer. William even negotiated the price into a more attractive deal. It was unbelievable. He got the seller to address any small concerns before purchase. That was a year ago and I'm still smiling about it today 😁
