Reba's not only is she knowledgeable about the industry, she keeps up with current activities that could potentially effect on a home purchase. During our time in the beginning she quickly determined my needs and desires and thoughtfully sent all listing that I would be able to obtain and/or be interested in. She must have driven over 500 miles to find exactly what I wanted! Albeit the current market I was trying to buy in left a lot to be disired ... she managed the absolute best case scenario for me despite the lack of inventory and the outrageous cost hikes I ended up with something amazing! I can't imagine any other realtor that would have spent the time and effort for me...through tears and me wanting to give up she kept me on track and I could not be more grateful! 🦋🦋🦋
