Great experience. Very knowledgeable and patient. Super communicative. And responds really fast no matter the time of day. Would highly recommend and will be using her for all my future realty needs.

Moving : buying, selling, or both is not for the faint of heart. But if you work with a top agent as I did, the process becomes manageable and, dare I say, almost fun. Janessa Heyward was recommended to me by two neighbors who had recently used her services and couldn’t say enough about how thoroughly invested she was in her clients’ satisfaction. Working with Janessa. I sold my former home for top dollar and purchased my new home within the space of six weeks. Was it hectic? Of course. Was I calm? Mostly. In my view, Janessa’s real estate acumen coupled with her friendly professionalism as well as her availability even on the 4th of July (!!) to show me a property that I just had to see that day because I just knew it would be the one for me (which it wasn’t) are unparalleled. I will be forever grateful that with Janessa’s help moving which could have been a nightmare was instead a pretty cool adventure.

Mary Ann was polite, professional and knowledgeable helping me get through all the legal forms connected the a very long and difficult sale of my house . I would definitely recommend her.
