I told her if she rented that property for $2,850 that she was the best realtor in town. Well she did it. She knows her stuff. Tammy also knew a slew of experts that worked on properties. It was immensely helpful to me that she knew good honest people to work on our homes. They knew what needed to be done to get our properties ready to get to market quickly. When it came down to saving money when purchasing a house or making the most money when renting or selling your home-she is the one I will always use. I have been tempted to use the realtors that advertise to power wash your house and mulch your yard but I’m so happy I realized that a true professional doesn’t need gimmicks to get business. Tammy doesn’t need anything like that. Her reputation and expertise is why you’d use her. I’d prefer to save thousands when purchasing a home or making thousands while renting or selling my property.
