Erik Beiser was my selling agent. I live out of state in NJ. Not only did he sell my condo, but he had things fixed for me and kept me up to date regularly on progress. Erik was great to work with. Being out of state and not ever having to deal with a death in the family before, I had no idea on how I was going to clean out and sell the house and close out the estate. Within a month, the sale of the house occurred. The price was fair and any concerns were eased throughout the process. I also appreciated the fact that these guys are local families, trying to keep things in PSL and offer a chance to better the area. Thanks again Erik and team.

I was in a very precarious situation, without knowledge of real eastate, and no idea who to turn to. Richard was, from day one, the greatest asset I could have possibly found to handle the sale of my home. Richard was very knowledgeable, very persistent, and extremely personable throughout the process, which did not go very long.
