Monica is very professional and knowledgeable. It was really easy to work with her and she made the buying process feel like a piece of cake. She is a great negotiator, she always answered my questions quickly and helped me find the right house within my budget without any pressure. I’ll definitely refer her to my friends and family.

Monica was absolutely incredible to work with and went above and beyond in every way throughout the purchase of our lot. From day one, she was a true powerhouse and a go-getter. She didn’t just represent us, she worked tirelessly with the selling agent to make sure everything stayed on track and that we had everything we needed. She was always attentive, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every question we had was answered promptly, every piece of paperwork was handled efficiently, and she kept us informed through every step of the process. No matter what obstacle came up, Monica was persistent and determined to find a solution. She simply didn’t take “no” for an answer when it came to advocating for us and making sure things got done. Her professionalism, dedication, and work ethic are second to none. We truly felt like she had our best interests at heart the entire time, and because of her hard work, what could have been a stressful process was a smooth and successful one. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and will go the extra mile for her clients, Monica is the one. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home or property. We will no doubt be referring and using her for any buying and selling needs !!

Erin and Paul were tremendously helpful in preparing my uncle’s house for the market, staging the home to highlight its appeal, and negotiating a fair price. And, of course, they so much more to bring the sale to a close. Thank you both again for all your hard work!!

Responsive to all my communications and moved at a pace that matched my needs - patient when I needed time to review and evaluate, then very quick when I requested information, a showing, or was ready to make an offer. Closing was smooth and on schedule. Professional throughout.

We had some very specific needs for our new home, including a price range, features, etc. We also ended up on a pretty tight timeline. I'm one of those people who does a lot of internet searches for properties, and I'm also capable of redirecting the search parameters based on what's on the market, so Carey had to pivot a few times when I changed the "must have's". She never so much as flinched. Not only did she set things up so we could look at the houses I had asked for, she also had a few in her back pocket that she thought we should see. She was always knowledgeable about the features, the neighborhoods, the HOA restrictions, etc. She did her homework! Ultimately, we ended up buying a property she had found for us, and it's absolutely perfect. She talked me off the ledge a few times as we went through the closing process, which was a balancing act between selling one home and buying this one. She also took care of meeting with an inspector and recommending some quality tradesmen, because we weren't from the area and didn't have any points of reference. At the end of it all, we got a great home, at a great price, in the ideal neighborhood for us. Carey absolutely loves the Sebastian area and is one of its best advocates. If you're looking for someone who is a great communicator, with excellent follow-up and NO PRESSURE, meet with Carey. We're sure glad we did!
