Above and Beyond the Call

Selling a house is a lot tougher job than you think. Justin does everything needed to make it as easy and stress free as possible. Whatever was needed, he handled….without hesitation! I can’t say enough about his work ethic. The photos and website were beautiful and helped us find a couple af buyers quickly. He communicated often and effectively. Definitely 5 Stars, worth every cent!

Justin Harrison was more than just our realtor—he was a lifeline. Part real estate agent, part problem-solver, part therapist—he exceeded every expectation. With Alan in Texas and me still in Port St. Lucie, Justin took care of everything—preparing the house, arranging repairs, managing logistics, and even checking on my well-being. This wasn’t just a local move—Justin supported us through a state-to-state transition, which is no small feat. He attended every showing, met the appraiser, and ensured every detail was handled. During my long visits to Texas, he checked on the house daily and even made sure the trash was out for collection. When I say he helped with the transition from selling our Port St. Lucie home to settling in Texas, I mean it—he arranged dump hauls, coordinated getting our boat onto a new trailer, and ensured it was safely stored. Not only did he sell the house quickly, but he made sure I never felt alone in the process. On top of all that, his marketing was exceptional. His videos and overall presentation were creative, innovative, and truly set our home apart. He knows how to market a property in a way that gets results. Hiring Justin Harrison was one of the best decisions we made. You will have zero regrets—if anything, you’ll wonder how anyone sells a home without him. Helpful, Kind and always on top of things.

Justin unfortunately l met through taking over another agent’s listing on my property. He was very sympathetic to the other agent that had left without notifying me.He took over listing and kept me informed daily also gave me a lot of helpful suggestions.
