Excellent every step of the way!

Margarita, is very aware of steps to sell a Villa inside of a gated community with multiple HOAs. She went above and beyond many times to assist with the selling process as my husband and I had to relocate to NY State, while the house was sold. ( Husband had a Hemorrhagic stroke 11 May Ntg’s after we purchased and moved into our new home). Margarita is an EXCELLENT, knowledgeable and kind realtor! I would recommend her to anyone needing to sale their home!
