David went above and beyond when it came to selling my home. This was my first time selling a home so I had no idea what I was doing and he made the process incredibly easy. I was constantly bothering him with random questions and he was always available to help out. We hit a snag when it came to closing that was completely out of his control and David handled it with grace and professionalism. I’m sure I would have had multiple meltdowns if I didn’t have him on my team helping me through every step of the process. I absolutely recommend David for selling your home. After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!
