I helped my daughter and her husband who is away in the army to purchase their first house. I believe that I have purchased my last home recently in Florida but have had lots of experience as a home owner and have bought and sold multiple investment properties through the years in New Jersey. I have worked with some excellent realtors. I would put Dave at the top of that list. Dave has a vast knowledge of the local area and great contacts. He was able to provide detailed and sometimes complex realty related issues in a clear, accurate and friendly manner. At each crossroad in the deal, it was apparent that my daughter had a person in her corner dedicated to providing her with the best possible experience as well as the best deal. After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!
