I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! What we appreciated most was Marilin’s calm and patient disposition. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
