The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable. We were very pleased with the Globecore process. Each Globecore team member has a specific function and everything from the listing process, through the closing was handled quickly and professionally. They generated traffic very quickly, and managed to find us qualified buyers a few weeks ! Our agent, Chantal Gakwaya was fantastic to work with. Chantal is responsive, helpful and straight forward. She is an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable, a great negotiator and a really nice person. On top of that, we saved about $14k in commissions. Definitely recommend!
