My name is Rosanna Echegaray. Originally from Lima, Peru. Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, left my homeland on September 1978. After 4 years, in Massachusetts, the cold weather helped me search for new Horizons. I call the Sunshine State my home since 1982. My professional life includes 20 years in Human Resources mainly working for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. I worked as a Human Resources Director, in the Miami area and the Caribbean as well. I have great memories of these years, these experiences have helped me create and develop a positive attitude to my new career.
