Andrea answered every question a first time home buying would have in the process. Always nice, and trying to get everything done asap.

I have purchased and sold many homes in my life. But none quite as s Uncomplicated as this one. Satisfying both the sellers and buyers in this business transaction can be difficult. But ours was very smooth and simple. N0 complications between the two parties was experienced from sellers perspective. Diane came in directed sellers in home prep, provided resources for all minor repairs and names of moving companies to help us get up and out in a timely manner. I could see she was also trying to keep everyone happy. She is orderly and quite pleasant about getting things done. Do I like her and the way she does her professional job? Yes, I do and I "Highly" recommend her without any reservations to buyers or sellers Mr. and Mrs. Fequiere {Gussie and Fritz} Happy New Year! Thank You, Diane

I interviewed 3 real estate agents and Monica was clearly the best choice. She explained to me the market and its current status the details and methods of the company she worked for, her experience, and she gave me an excellent presentation without ever trying to over sell herself. I was very impressed and it turned out choosing Monica was a perfect decision. We had a house with some very special and unique qualities and she was patient as I waited for the perfect buyer which we wound up getting for the home. I had my own personal challenges selling the home and Monica patiently steered me through them. To say it best, Monica Perlas is a blessing and she is the agent you are looking for.
